At PISM, our various committees play a vital role in enhancing student life, promoting well-being, and ensuring a safe and inclusive campus environment.
A session at Sanford Wings Playschool, Indiranagar, highlighted the importance of understanding good and bad touch. Good touch conveys care, safety, and comfort, while bad touch causes fear, discomfort, or distress and is inappropriate or non-consensual.

Upholding values of transparency, justice, and professional ethics, PISM prevents grievances by addressing discontent through its Student Grievance and Redressal Committee, ensuring a harmonious campus environment for all.
PISM adheres to the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace Act (POSH), ensuring a secure and respectful environment for all individuals involved. The institution is committed to preventing instances of sexual harassment and upholding the dignity of every member of the community.
Nari Sakthi, our Women Redressal Cell at PISM, fosters a safe and respectful environment by promoting gender equality and providing legal protection against gender-based violence or discrimination. It ensures a violence-free atmosphere and upholds human rights principles within the college community.
Raksha, our Anti-Ragging Cell at PISM, is dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive academic environment by strictly prohibiting ragging on campus. PISM prioritizes the well-being of its students and takes stringent disciplinary action against any form of ragging to ensure a conducive learning environment for all.
Our Mentors-Mentees Program at PISM emphasizes a supportive relationship between mentors and mentees to enhance the latter's growth and skill development.
