Patel Institute of Science and Management (PISM) organized an industrial visit for students to leading organizations including Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd., Britannia Industries Ltd., Titan Company Ltd., Deccan Herald, Mysore Sandal (KSDL), and Nandini.
The visit provided students with practical exposure to real-time industrial operations, manufacturing processes, quality control, and corporate management practices across diverse sectors. The Founder of Maverick Capital Investment Pvt Ltd delivered a guest lecture on “Evolution of Money and Payments.” The session explained how money evolved from the barter system to coins, paper currency, and now digital payments.

A guest lecture on “Introduction to IoT and Embedded Systems” was conducted at Patel Institute of Science and Management. The session was delivered by Mr. Aravindan A, DGM (Head of Engineering) – Mobility Solutions, Connected Vehicle Cloud Platform, Mahindra & Mahindra.
